Like oil in sesame seeds, butter in cream, water in the river bed, fire in tinder, the Self dwells within. Realize the Self through meditation. Shvetashvatara Upanishad
Soul Healing is not similar to Qigong healing. Qigong is energy healing. We go beyond energy. It's Divine Healing Hands or Divine Soul Healing. We can do one-to-one healing, group healing, and distance healing. There are all kinds of sickness in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. To heal and transform humanity, we must remove Jing qi shen blockages. Jing qi shen blockages are the biggest pollution. - page 7, Return to Oneness with the Tao
The Pan Gu Shen Gong is the key to balancing Yin and Yang energies in the body, and an easier and simpler complementary Qigong practice to learn with other advanced meditative practices.
People of all religions and all philosophies are not just welcome, but respected. Each of us has a right to believe whatever we want to believe, to follow any religion or philosophy we want to follow. It doesn't matter whether we believe in Christ, Moses, Allah, Brahma, Buddha, or any other being or master; everybody is welcome with love and respect.
"The basic tantric yoga teachings of Shaktipat Meditation in Maitreya (Shiva) Shen Gong are primarily based on the ancient, time-honored principles and practices of Tao Healing Hands and Kashmir Shaivism, an established oral tradition having its roots in the relationship between Master and Student." - Acharya Ricardo B Serrano
God grant that the light of unity may envelope the whole earth. - Baha'ullah
Greater than prayer is the spirit in which it is uttered. - Shoghi Effendi
Torus is synonymous with Wei Qi Field in enlightenment Qigong forms where the lower dantien is the sea of Qi. It is the dynamic flow process of Wei Qi field (torus) that explains that all is interconnected All is God (pantheism) and makes healing, self-defense and oneness with God possible.
Bah 'u'll h described God's purpose for man in the following way: "The purpose of God in creating man hath been, and will ever be, to enable him to know his Creator and to attain His Presence."
- Excerpts from Introduction to the Siddha Path, page 5, Oneness with Shiva
Bah 'u'll h Shen Gong is a Torus Qigong practice that is dedicated to oneness with God and awakening of Yuan Shen (Original Spirit)...
It generates a tremendous downpouring of spiritual Light, Love and Power for healing oneself and others by blessing humanity with loving-kindness.
Shaktipat meditation is the means to realize the Self by spiritual empowerment and stilling the mind through the Holy Spirit and Manifestation of God (true messenger of God).
The real secret of meditation on the Self is Shaktipat or spiritual empowerment. If you want meditation to come easily and naturally, your inner Shakti, the Kundalini, must be awakened through Shaktipat or the grace of a Siddha Guru. Then you will no longer have to struggle for meditation. The Shakti will center your mind and your consciousness will naturally and easily be carried inward, toward the Self.
However, you must meditate regularly and persistently, to strengthen your self-awareness. Along the way, you may have many kinds of experiences, but the ultimate state is beyond all experiences. In the Self-realized state there is only bliss. True meditation is to become immersed there.
Our lives are filled with stress reflected by our mental attitude and emotional experience. Because of our own ignorance, we look for love, happiness, peace, joy and contentment outside where they are not. Shaktipat meditation is a simple and direct means to experience within you an ocean of love, peace, joy, happiness and well-being in a continuous basis.

The predominant sign of such a yogi is joy-filled amazement. - Shiva Sutra 1.12
This yogi is filled with joy and amazement. The Sanskrit word vismaya means "amazement completely filled with joy." Just as a person seeing some wonderful object is amazed, in the same way, this yogi is filled with amazement who, in the objective world of senses, experiences entry in his own self filled with consciousness, which is unique, intense, always fresh and uncommonly charming, and by which entry all his varieties of organs are filled with blooming, ever smiling, one-pointed joy.
What kind of amazement is this? This yogi, upon entering into that limitless state of bliss (ananda), is never satiated with the experience. On the contrary, he feels bathed with the amazement of joy. This is the predominant state of yoga of a yogi who has become one with the supreme Lord, the supreme tattva, Siva tattva. And by this, you can surmise that he has ascended to the state of Siva.
"With compassion, one can love unconditionally With unconditional love, one can heal boundlessly With boundless energy, one can ascend spiritually." ~ Acharya Ricardo B Serrano
"One can become enlightened if one questions one's thoughts and realizes that uninvestigated thoughts and beliefs cause one's suffering." – don Ricardo B Serrano
"The greatest gift we can give ourselves is the freedom to be who we really are."
A great master said, "And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." When you know that the truth is what you are, the next step is to see the truth, to see what you are. Only then are you free. Free of what? Free of the emotional drama that is the consequence of believing in lies. When the truth sets you free, the symbols and agreements you learned and believed are true are no longer ruling your world.
"All things exist in Brahman, all things flow from it, all things are Brahman; it is omnipresent, it is one with self, it is the truth." - Yoga Vasistha
The Fifth Agreement, be skeptical while listening, is an excellent centering technique because when you align yourself with your true self instead of the limiting beliefs, opinions and symbols of yourself and of everybody around you that are not the truth, you are centered, relaxed and calm. If you are skeptical, if you don't believe yourself, if you don't believe anybody else, then none of these opinions can disturb you or throw you off your center.
"The Toltec wisdom of don Miguel Ruiz is included with Shaktipat meditation and Qigong to help us purify and quiet the mitote – maya or illusion – of the mind, break the self-limiting agreements that create needless suffering and replace them with agreements that bring us personal freedom, happiness, and love." - Acharya Ricardo B Serrano
Don Miguel says part of our purpose in life is to pursue happiness by being "who we were meant to be." "We were born in this beautiful universe that is already created," he says. "We really don't have any mission or anything to do here but enjoy life, and really the only way is by being ourselves."
Many of our conflicts arise when we allow the outside world to dictate who we are instead of being authentic, he says. "The problem is that we learn how everything should be we learn all those rules that really go against our own program," he says. "When we finally decide not to believe that anymore and we go through our own truth, we will find out that life is so easy."
As we become more authentic, aware and awakened to the truth, we're able to respect and connect with others more readily, Don Miguel says. Self-respect brings not only inner peace, but it allows all our relationships to flourish as well, he says. "When we respect everybody around us, we are in peace with everybody around us."
"When your mind is completely aligned with your authentic Self, you become Self-realized." – don Ricardo B Serrano
According to Toltec Master don Miguel Ruiz, "Humans are born with awareness; we are born to perceive the truth, but we accumulate knowledge, and we learn to deny what we perceive. We practice not being aware, and we master not being aware. The word is pure magic, and we learn to use our magic against ourselves, against creation, against our own kind. To be aware means to open our eyes to see the truth. When we see the truth, we see everything just as it is, not the way we believe it is, not the way we wish it to be. Awareness opens the door to millions of possibilities, and if we know that we are the artist of our own life, we can make a choice from all those possibilites.
What I'm sharing with you comes from my personal training, which I call Toltec Wisdom. Toltec is a Nahuatl word meaning artist. From my point of view, to be a Toltec has nothing to do with any philosophy or place in the world. To be a Toltec is just to be an artist. A Toltec is an artist of the spirit, and as artists we like beauty; we don't like what is not beauty. If we become better artists, our virtual reality becomes a better reflection of the truth, and we can create a masterpiece of heaven with our art.
Thousands of years ago, the Toltec created three masteries of the artist: the mastery of awareness, the mastery of transformation, and the mastery of love, intent, or faith. The separation is just for our understanding, because the three masteries become only one. The truth is only one, and the truth is what we are talking about. These three masteries guide us out of suffering and return us to our true nature, which is happiness, freedom, and love.
The Toltec understood that we are going to create a virtual reality with or without awareness, and if it s with awareness, we are going to enjoy our creation. And whether we facilitate the transformation or resist it, our virtual reality is always transforming. If we practice the art of transformation, soon we re facilitating the transformation, and instead of using our magic against ourselves, we use our magic for the expression of our happiness and our love. When we master love, intent, or faith, we master the dream of our life, and when all three masteries are accomplished, we reclaim our divinity and become one with God. This is the goal of the Toltec.
The Toltec didn t have the technology that we have at the present time; they didn t know about the virtual reality of computers, but they knew how to master the virtual reality of the human mind. The mastery of the human mind requires complete control of the attention the way we interpret and react to information we perceive from inside of us and outside of us. The Toltec understood that each one of us is just like God, but instead of creating, we re-create. And what do we re-create? What we perceive. That is what becomes the human mind.
If we can understand what the human mind is, and what the human mind does, we can begin to separate reality from virtual reality, or pure perception, which is truth, from symbology, which is art. Self-mastery is all about awareness, and it begins with self-awareness. First to be aware of what is real, and then to be aware of what is virtual, which means what we believe about what is real. With this awareness, we know that we can change what is virtual by changing what we believe. What is real we cannot change, and it doesn t matter what we believe." See Fifth Agreement
Qigong, a movement meditation form, is included by Acharya and Qigong Master Ricardo B Serrano to balance, ground, root, center and enhance the healing flow of energy (Shakti) in the body derived from the non-movement (still) Siddha tantric yoga practices such as Shaktipat Meditation, Merkaba Meditation, or Rainbow Bridge Meditation symbolized by Shri Yantra, and the Dancing Shiva Nataraja, a symbolic dance of bliss representation of universal harmony arising from the unity between Shiva and Shakti, yin and yang, non-movement (still) and movement (dynamic). See Enlightenment Qigong
"Shaktipat alone is true initiation." - Shaktipat Yoga Sutras
Shaktipat: literally, the "descent of grace." The transmission of spiritual power (Shakti) from Guru to disciple, awakening the disciple's dormant spiritual energy, Kundalini.
"Spiritual energy is needed for expansion of consciousness and traveling in the inner worlds. Stillness and awareness are not enough. No spiritual energy, no expansion of consciousness. Spiritual empowerment or Shaktipat is the transference of tremendous spiritual energy to enable the consciousness of the disciple to be able to travel to the different levels of the inner world. This transference of tremendous spiritual energy is called spiritual initiation in modern esoteric books. Shaktipat is an Indian term for spiritual empowerment." - Master Choa Kok Sui
The basic tantric yoga teachings of Shaktipat Meditation in Maitreya (Shiva) Shen Gong are primarily based on the ancient, time-honored principles and practices of Kashmir Shaivism, an established oral tradition having its roots in the relationship between Master and Student.
"Trika philosophy is situated in the heart of that supreme energy of God consciousness. It teaches you to realize that this whole objective world, which is already in front of you, is not separate from God consciousness. You do not have to realize God situated in some seventh heaven. God and the individual are one, to realize this is the essence of Shaivism." - Swamiji Lakshmanjoo
By the attentive continuity of meditation on the great ocean of consciousness, the power of supreme I is attained. - Shiva Sutra 1.22
When he meditates on that supreme God consciousness by diverting all the flows of his organs to the introverted state, not the extroverted state, he obtains the state of supreme I (mantra virya).
That supreme (svatantrya) independent energy of Lord Siva is said to be one with Lord Siva. - Malinivijaya Tantra 3.5
So that supreme energy of Lord Siva (svatantrya sakti) is said to be just like the supreme ocean of consciousness. When the yogi concentrates on that supreme energy of Lord Siva, he attains and experiences the state of supreme I (mantra virya).
All mantras live in and get life from that one mantra of I consciousness. - Spanda Karika 2.1
Thus,in the first awakening of Siva Sutras, the first sutra is caitanyam atma, "God consciousness is your self."
So first, he has accepted the fact that this self is, in its real sense, consciousness. Consciousness is the self, not the body, not the mind, not the organs. What is the self? Consciousness is the self and when the state of consciousness is absent, or lessened, or becomes weakened, then you must know that the rise of (malas) impurities has begun. These impurities are three and they are explained in the second and third awakening -- jnanam bandha, yonivargah kala sariram. And that bondage is subsided by udyamo Bhairava, "the Bhairava which is the supreme flow of super effort." And then this entire universe is filled with divinity and all yogic powers, limited yogic powers, unlimited yogic powers or the internal residence of your own nature, are bestowed by that being.
For attaining these two powers, the power of creative energy (mantra virya) and the power of establishment in that creative energy (mudra virya)...
The master (guru) is the means. - Shiva Sutra 2.6
These two powers can be attained only through the master (guru), no one else. But who is the master?
The guru is that person who puts you before you the reality of God consciousness. It is said that the guru is the means here because only he can make you realize the fullness of these two awarenesses, mudra and mantra.
The great energy of that great Lord is said to be the mouth of the master; hence, that energy, being the cause of understanding, is the means (upaya). - Trisirobhairava Tantra
"Through meditation, the Self is seen." - Bhagavad Gita, 13.24
The Bhagavad Gita, 2.48, says: "Yoga is equality-awareness." One who meditates, even for an instant, with the awareness that all objects are a creation of the same God, a reflection of the same divine glory, is following the highest religion.
The great Sufi saint Shams-i-Tabriz said, "Do not think that God is only in your heart. You should be able to recognize Him in every garden, in every forest, in every house, and in every person. You should be able to see Him in your destination, in all the stages of your journey, and in all your fellow pilgrims. You should be able to see Him on every path, in every philosophy, in every group. You should be able to see Him in all acts, in all deeds, in all thoughts and feelings, and in all expressions of them. You should be able to recognize Him not only in inner lights, but also in the lights that you see in the outer world. All colors and even in darkness are the same Being. If you really love Him, if you want ro find His love and be blessed by it, then see Him in every corner of the universe."
This awareness is the true religion. This is the religion of the Self. And this is the religion that will lead us to the goal of all religions."
Listen to the immortal speech of the Self: O man, wake up! Come to your senses! Childhood days have passed; You have wasted your youth; Old age has found you. At least now, be vigilant! Death's invitation is racing toward you! Before it reaches you, awake! What have you hoped to attain? Have those hopes been fulfilled? The goal still eludes you. O brother, Awake!
"As long as your body is healthy and strong, as long as your senses still function, do something for yourself. Why wait? Contemplate the Self and attain it now. Know that life is very short. You were not born into this world just to eat and drink and die." - Bhartrihari, Vairagya Shataka, v.75
"To actually know who you are is a big problem. You have to find out yourself where you are situated. It happens by the grace of Lord Siva, or by the grace of a master, or by the grace of the scriptures (sastras)." - Swamiji Lakshmanjoo
The mission of the Shaktipat Intensive by Acharya and Qigong Master Ricardo B Serrano is to facilitate Shaktipat Meditation, and Qigong to realize Self and Qi-healing. Realization is the merging of the mind in the Self (Divine Consciousness). In the Self-realized state, the mind becomes stable and free of thoughts; it become still. We experience supreme bliss when we go beyond thoughts. As the mind becomes one with the Self, it acquires the power of the Self that can be used for healing, creativity, rejuvenation, stress management, and for opening the heart to unconditional love, quieting the restless mind to attain personal transformation and freedom.
The technique for developing and realizing the Self, Buddha nature or Krishna nature must preferably be learned from a living spiritual teacher who can impart the proper technique, spiritual help and blessings. The spiritual technique alone is not enough. The help and blessings (Shaktipat initiation) of Acharya Ricardo B Serrano are necessary and of utmost importance.
"It is through a guru, master or nagual that the Shakti is awakened – by word, touch, look, or thought."
He is the real Guru Who can reveal the form of the formless before your eyes; Who teaches the simple path, without rites or ceremonies; Who does not make you close your doors, and hold your breath, and renounce the world; Who makes you perceive the Supreme Spirit wherever the mind attaches itself; Who teaches you to be still in the midst of all your activities. Fearless, always immersed in bliss, he keeps the spirit of yoga in the midst of enjoyments. KABIR
Bhagawan Nityananda
"God Consciousness is not achieved by means of the scriptures, nor is it achieved by the Grace of your Master. God Consciousness is only achieved by your own subtle awareness." – Yoga Vashistha
"Be skeptical, but learn to listen. Don t believe yourself or anybody else. Use the power of doubt to question everything you hear: Is it really the truth? Listen to the intent behind the words, and you will understand the real message." – Don Miguel Ruiz, the Fifth Agreement
According to Toltec master don Miguel Ruiz, "The Fifth Agreement is Be Skeptical, but learn to listen. Be skeptical because most of what you hear isn't true. You know that humans speak with symbols, and that symbols aren't the truth. Symbols are only the truth because we agree, not because they are really the truth. But the second half of the agreement is learn to listen, and the reason is simple: When you learn to listen, you understand the meaning of the symbols that people are using; you understand their story, and the communication improves a lot. Then perhaps instead of all the confusion among humans who inhabit the earth, there will be clarity.
Once you realize that hardly anything you know through symbols is true, then be skeptical has a much bigger meaning. Be skeptical is masterful because it uses the power of doubt to discern the truth. Whenever you hear a message from yourself, or from another artist, simply ask: Is it truth, or is it not truth? Is it reality or is it a virtual reality? The doubt takes you behind the symbols, and makes you responsible for every message you deliver and receive. Why would you want to invest your faith in any message that is not true? By being skeptical, you don't believe every message; you don't put your faith in symbols, and when your faith is not in symbols, your faith is in yourself.
Then instead of doubting yourself, have faith in yourself. Instead of doubting the truth, doubt the lies. Be skeptical, but learn to listen. The fifth agreement opens the door to heaven, and the rest is up to you. This agreement is about being in heaven and heaven being in you. It's about letting go of your attachment to symbols, even your name, and merging with the infinite -- to become authentic, to believe in yourself without a doubt, because even a little doubt can end the experience of heaven.
When you have faith in yourself, you follow every instinct that you were born with. You have no doubt about what you are, and you return to common sense. You have all the power of your authenticity; you trust yourself, you trust life. You trust that everything is going to be just fine, and life becomes extremely easy.
How difficult can it be to have faith in yourself, to believe in you instead of believing in symbols? You can put your faith in scientific theories, in so many religions, opinions, and points of view, but this is not real faith. Faith in yourself is the real faith. Real faith is to trust yourself unconditionally, because you know what you really are, and what you really are is the truth.
In the moment when you master faith, you live your life in love, because love is`what you are, and its wonderful. In that moment, you completely accept your body, your emotions, your life, your story. You respect yourself; you respect all of the artists, all of your brothers and sisters; you respect all of creation. You love yourself unconditionally, and you are not afraid to express your love, to say "I love you" to others. When you master faith, when you live your life in love, you see your own love being reflected in every secondary character of your story, and you love every secondary character of your story unconditionally, just as you love yourself.
Those who are not yet wise are searching for perfection; they are searching for God; they are searching for heaven, and trying to find it. Well, there's nothing to search for. It's already here. Everything is within you. You don't have to search for heaven; you are heaven right now. You don't have to search for happiness; you are happiness wherever you are. You don't have to search for the truth; you are the truth. You don't have to search for perfection. That's an illusion. You don't have to search for yourself; you never left yourself. You don't have to search for God; God never left you. God is always with you; you are always with yourself. If you don't see God everywhere; it's because your attention is focused on all those gods you really believe in.
What kind of messenger are you? This is not a judgement. It's just a little doubt for your mind, but it's a big step into awareness. If you understand the question, then just this little doubt can change your whole life.
What kind of messenger are you? Do you deliver the truth, or do you deliver lies? Do you perceive the truth, or do you only perceive lies? The whole thing is between truth and lies. This is the core of the problem, and this is what makes all the difference, because all conflict -- whether it's inner conflict or conflict between humans -- is the result of delivering lies and believing in lies.
What kind of message do you choose to deliver? Is it truth or is it lies? Is it love or is it fear? My choice is to deliver a message of truth and love. What is yours?"
"I ask you for your help because you are the only one who can change your world."
"The Five Agreements are tools to change your world. If you are impeccable with your word, if you don't take anything personally, if you don't make assumptions, if you always do your best, and if you are skeptical while listening, there won't be any more war in your head; there will be peace." – don Miguel Ruiz
"Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense." – Buddha
"Love is the truth of who and what you are. You are the love of your life. In the one heart of the one love. Love is. Love will always be. Love is eternity." – don Ricardo B Serrano
"The more I fall in love with me, the more I fall in love with you, and the more I fall in love with everything." – don Jose Ruiz
"We can never be someone else, we can only ever be ourselves. When we master what we are not, we are far from truth. We must all follow our own individual path, another person s way wont lead us to enlightenment. Enlightenment comes from within us, by accepting and loving ourselves and the expression of our art wherever we go." – don Jose Ruiz
"What really matters is to be what you really are – to be authentic, to enjoy life, to be love. And not the symbol of love that humans have distorted, but real love – the feeling you can't put into words, the love that is the result of being what you really are." – don Jose Ruiz
"This is how I quiet my monkey mind - I become aware of my breath and my monkey mind quiets down. Calling on Hanuman will help tame the monkey mind."
- Acharya Ricardo B Serrano
